Savannah Speech and Hearing Center Receives Generous Grant From Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.

SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah Speech and Hearing Center has been awarded a grant from Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. to help sustain and expand three essential programs that address critical developmental needs in our community: speech therapy for all ages, pediatric occupational therapy, and pediatric physical therapy. These therapies support both the recovery of lost function and the development of foundational skills, each playing a vital role in advancing our mission to provide services that empower and transform lives.

The Savannah Speech and Hearing Center (SSHC) is a service award-winning, non-profit agency and the only one of its kind in this part of the state to provide services through a sliding fee scale and scholarships offered to individuals or families who need financial assistance.

Through its Gulfstream Giving program, Gulfstream partners with nonprofit organizations in the community to support education, arts and cultural activities, environmental and sustainability efforts, and health and human services.
