Historic Savannah Foundation to Celebrate 70 Years Leading Preservation Efforts & Local Achievements at 2025 HSF Preservation Awards on Thurs., May 1

WHAT:       

2025 Historic Savannah Foundation Preservation Awards. Historic Savannah Foundation – the leading nonprofit cultural institution dedicated to saving the buildings, places and stories that define Savannah’s past, present and future – will celebrate its 70th anniversary and recognize local projects, individuals, organizations and companies exemplifying excellence in preservation at the 2025 HSF Preservation Awards 

The winners of these prestigious awards are selected from nominated projects that were completed within the past three years and fall within at least one of several categories: restoration, rehabilitation, new construction, stewardship, craftsmanship or archaeology. A jury of local professionals in architecture, preservation, academia and urban planning selects the projects representing the pinnacle of preservation that will be honored at Savannah’s premier National Preservation Month event.

The 2025 HSF Preservation Awards event is open to the public and will feature the Nom Nom Poke Food Truck, Leopold’s Ice Cream, beer and wine. Attendees are invited to wear business casual attire, sample delicious food and enjoy great company.
