Coastal Care Partners Amy Pierce Leads Launch of New Low Country Local Unit of the Aging Life Care Association

SAVANNAH, Ga., – Amy Pierce, RN, Aging Life Care Professional®, and co-founder of Coastal Care Partners, has successfully led the launch of the new Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head local unit of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA). This program allows for the expansion of professional collaboration and advocacy for older adults and their families across the Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia region.

The newly formed local unit brings together experienced aging care leaders dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults through expert care management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family-centered support.

“This new local unit represents connection, collaboration, and a shared commitment to raising the standard of care for older adults in our community,” said Pierce. “Families today are navigating increasingly complex medical and social challenges. By uniting Aging Life Care Professionals in our region, we strengthen our ability to advocate, educate, and provide thoughtful guidance to those who need it most.”

The Aging Life Care Association is a national organization representing professionals who specialize in aging life care management — a holistic approach to supporting older adults and their families through health care coordination, crisis intervention, dementia support, housing transitions, and long-term planning.

With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and care manager, Pierce has built Coastal Care Partners on the mission of helping older adults age safely, independently, and with dignity. The formation of this local unit marks a significant step in strengthening regional resources for families, physicians, financial advisors, elder law attorneys, and senior living communities.

The Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head local unit will provide the following services:

  • Professional networking and education opportunities
  • Community outreach and advocacy
  • Collaboration among aging care experts
  • Enhanced support systems for families navigating complex care decisions

“This is about building a stronger safety net for older adults,” added Pierce. “When professionals work together, families feel less alone.”

ABOUT COASTAL CARE PARTNERS

Coastal Care Partners is a locally owned company on a mission to delight those we serve through exceptional care and spectacular customer service. We are proud to be the Savannah area’s only comprehensive aging care solutions provider, offering an integrated approach that addresses the full spectrum of aging-related needs.

When founders Scott and Amy Pierce began searching for care solutions for their own loved ones, they quickly recognized a critical gap in the local landscape—there was no single resource offering truly holistic, life-enhancing programs for aging adults. In response, they created Coastal Care Partners to offer more than just services—they built a company focused on improving and maintaining quality of life.

To set us apart, Scott and Amy developed a suite of innovative, coordinated programs, including Nurse Care Management including expert advocacy and coordination of care, In-Home Care with compassionate, professional support in the comfort of home, and Adult Primary Care with a proactive, relationship-based medical approach tailored to older adults.

At Coastal Care Partners, we don’t just provide care — we create peace of mind for families and empower older adults to thrive.
