CURE Childhood Cancer and Pearson Farm Partner for Fourth Annual Peach Week Fundraiser Across Savannah

Savannah, GA- CURE Childhood Cancer is proud to partner with Pearson Farm for the Fourth Annual Peach Week. Peach Week is a community-wide fundraiser that takes place June 16 – 20; combining Georgia’s favorite summer fruit with a meaningful mission: helping conquer childhood cancer.

Beginning Tuesday, June 16, over 20 Savannah restaurants will participate in Peach Week by featuring creative peach-inspired menu items. The weeklong celebration ends on Saturday, June 20, with the annual Pearson Farm Peach Sale benefiting CURE Childhood Cancer.

Community members are encouraged to pre-order their peaches online between June 1 and June 17 to guarantee availability and select a convenient pickup location. A ¼ bushel box (approximately 12 pounds) of fresh Pearson Farm peaches is available for $20, with 50% of every purchase benefiting CURE Childhood Cancer’s mission to fund pediatric cancer research and support children and families facing a cancer diagnosis. Limited walk-up sales, as well as additional two-pound bags of peaches, will be available at pickup locations on June 20 while supplies last.

“We are grateful to Pearson Farm and our local restaurant partners for helping turn a beloved Georgia tradition into a powerful way to support children battling cancer,” said Mandy Garola, Vice President of CURE, South Georgia. “Every box of peaches purchased helps fund critical research and provides hope for families facing one of life’s toughest challenges.”
