Zachary H. Thomas Law, P.C. Celebrates Five-Year Anniversary

SAVANNAH, Ga. – Zachary H. Thomas Law, P.C. (ZHT Law) recently celebrated its fifth year in business. Founded in 2021 by Zach Thomas, the firm focuses on representing clients throughout Georgia related to personal injury and wrongful death.

With over 21 years of experience, Zach has been recognized for his work throughout the state as an experienced and innovative attorney in addition to his service as a community advocate. After starting his firm, Zach has consecutively been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2023. This recognition is especially relevant as it is awarded to only 5% of attorneys throughout the state and based upon peer review, independent research, and professional achievements. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the board of the Civil Justice Political Action Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is past president of the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association. He was recently appointed to the Board of Visitors for Mercer University School of Law.

Since founding his firm, Zach’s commitment to giving back has been reflected in his dedication to strengthening the community through service and leadership with local and regional nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as the Board Chair for Loop It Up Savannah and recently served as chair of the 2026 Blood Cancer United Visionaries of the Year campaign. He is currently on the boards of SAFE Shelter, The Savannah Music Festival, Downtown Savannah Authority, Downtown Neighborhood Association, and the Make-A-Wish Savannah Advisory Board.

“I am excited to celebrate the five-year anniversary of ZHT Law,” said Thomas. “I am particularly proud of the trust and relationships we have built over the years and incredibly grateful to be a part of this community. It is an honor to serve our clients, neighbors, and friends, and I will always remain committed to supporting the people and organizations that make it such a special place.”

Zach, along with attorney Andy Conn, most recently obtained a $17.33 million jury verdict in Chatham County for the wrongful death of a 49-year-old. The trial involved allegations of medical negligence, and the patient’s siblings patiently waited to receive justice in court for their loved one. Reflecting on the successful verdict, Thomas said, “Cases like this are a powerful reminder of the responsibility that comes with the trust our clients place in us. These individuals and families are often facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and they turn to us to listen, seek answers, and advocate on their behalf. I began working with this family before starting my own firm, and when I took that next step, they continued to place their faith in me. It was a tremendous honor to stand beside them throughout this journey and ultimately secure justice for their loved one and their family.”
