SAVANNAH, Ga. – As Elevate Savannah prepares to enter its next chapter of leadership, the organization is encouraging qualified candidates to apply for its Executive Director position before the application period closes on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Elevate Savannah remains well-positioned for continued growth, supported by a dedicated staff, engaged Board of Directors, and a clear strategic vision. The organization is seeking a mission-driven leader who will build on this strong foundation and guide Elevate Savannah’s continued impact in the lives of Savannah’s youth.
The Executive Director will lead an organization known for its relationship-centered approach to youth development, combining accredited classes, mentoring, adventure experiences, and college and career readiness to equip students for lifelong success. Currently serving students at Beach High School and its feeder schools, Elevate Savannah is preparing to expand its impact to serve even more students across Savannah.

The full-time Executive Director position is based in Savannah and offers a competitive salary and incentive package, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, nonprofit management, team development, and cultivating strong relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders. Since its launch in 2019 at A.E. Beach High School, Elevate Savannah’s mission has been to build meaningful relationships with urban youth, equipping them to thrive and contribute to their community. Now, the rapidly growing student mentor program now has representation in all levels of the Savannah-Chatham County Schools. Currently, over 600 students from A.E. Beach High School, DeRenne Middle School, and Hodge Elementary School are involved with Elevate Savannah.
